I know its not totally the employees fault but y'all need to get whatever is broken fixed. Running out of roast beef at a restaurant known mostly for their roast beef cause of an oven not working correctly is kinda crazy. Suggesting we come back in about an hour on an already cold night is even crazier 😅

I'll admit I didn't like that the person who was set to make the sandwiches was on her phone. The person who was on front counter was her phone, but she at least was waiting on a timer to go off, curly fries were cooking fresh.
