This is my first time trying to catfish Heaven. I will admit, though the food was great. The Customer Service lack greatly. The older lady with brown skin and glasses gave me attitude simply for requesting hot sauce and ketchup. She gave me a look as if I were wrong for asking. This was the only thing on my mind as I was eating my food. Hence, that is why I am writing this review as I eat. My wife and I drove cross country and we stopped for the night in Tuscaloosa. As we looked for places to eat, we saw this place and were impressed by the rating (and I love love love fried catfish) so we gave it a try. This place did not disappoint. If you're looking for some of the best wings and fried catfish in Tuscaloosa, Catfish Heaven is the place to go. I've eaten here many times, and the food is consistently great. Their wings are excellent, and the fried catfish is some of the best you'll find anywhere in town. The staff has always been friendly and respectful, and I've never had any issues or bad experiences there. I really wanted to like this but when I got it it smelled like rotten fish, not only that but looked it. When I picked it up it fell apart, the breading all falling off making my hands smell awful, then when I tried to get past the smell and look and tasted it I almost threw up and spit it out. The place seemed like it would have good food but no, very sad about this I wanted it to be good.
