This McDonald’s is clean and always decorated so cute for the season we are in. The food is usually good, fresh and hot, however, they do not always put everything from your order in the bag. The service is slow if you’re inside but the drive through moves much faster. It’s an improvement for sure.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I placed my order through the mobile app because there was a special cup promotion being offered. I waited in the lobby for my order. The employee called my order number, placed the food under the pickup light, and immediately walked away. After checking my order, I realized my BBQ sauce, which was included on my order, was missing. I tried several times to get the employee's attention, but he ignored me. A young lady wearing a yellow shirt even said something to him, yet he still refused to acknowledge me

We ordered online and didnt have much at all. We proceeded to pull up, and I WATCHED my boyfriend put the number into the app stating we were in the parking spot 1. Waited 20 minutes and not a soul came out of the door. When we finally had enough of sitting there, as we were giving them grace, they were busy. My boyfriend went in and told them we’ve been waiting in the parking spot for 20 minutes. Then the worker stated it was our fault and we didnt put the number in the app, yet my boyfriend looked at his phone and it was right there on the screen. NO KETCHUP!! How do u have no ketchup when your main entree is burgers and fries. I asked for a complimentary cup of water they charger me 1.59. It didn't help that they could not understand me and don't come at me with no racist remarks. The person taking your order should be able to communicate with you. Never going to this mcdonalds again¡‐
