The worst food and service I have had in a very long time, the elderly lady at the window seemed so bothered by me getting a gyro sandwich, ( which was horrible ). Not friendly at all. I sure miss good day food n friendly service. There are so many jobs around twin falls , if you don't enjoy where you work, get another job. Have a beautiful day..

The service was good. There was one person (seemed like a manager or shift lead) who went above and beyond for us. The food, on the other hand, was not even okay today. The inside of my burger was red, the camera doesn’t do it any justice. My fries were cold and stale, which is fine, but not the greatest experience. They did make me fresh ones which I appreciate. They also forgot my cup of cheddar :( Not to mention, I ordered at 9:48 and we didn’t get our food until 10:12-ish. Only two people, so it shouldn’t take THAT long. I went to get the meat and three box and the person who rang me up said I HAVE to upgrade my drink. Was just trying to get something quick and cheap and was told that they no longer do regular size drinks for that combo and that you have to upgrade it. Add a couple extra bucks to my order when I didn’t even want to upgrade. I could understand if they were out of a certain size cup but he said that’s how it has to be from now on. Don’t make any sense. False advertising imo.when I’ve worked fast food before and we ran out of cups, we gave them the upgrade for free because it was our inconvenien

Bathroom sinks are dirty and have not been cleaned in at least a week the reason I know this is because I was in the food industry long time ago and this was not tolerated we had store grades in my store was always an A A+ rating The fry-vat area is dirty too it's all yellow and full of oil. I felt it management was a little harsh with the lady who was taking our orders that day. Alongside the walls where all the chairs and tables are was full of dirt and debris. Tables and chairs can be moved out of the way to be properly cleaned.
