Love jack in the box and worked there too but the quality of the food is no longer good. 4 piece of chicken and more lettuce and sauce than anything else.

They tried to kill me. So I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. (They put a staple or some kind of metal object in my chicken sandwich.)

One server was extremely rude and short with my friend and I. We pulled up in the drive through and immediately got told, “hold on” even though we had said nothing and were patiently waiting. Both my friend and I explicitly said please no whip cream on our shakes. After we pulled up to the window the server immediately said the amount due and slammed the window on us. Once we had received our shakes we realized that they indeed were full of whip cream. Extremely disappointed and saddened with the service.

I hate doing this but I got food poisoning from here so I'm pissed. I bit into the sourdough sandwich and realized the bread wasn't toasted. I was hungry and had to work so whatever. Realized 3 bites later it wasn't fully cooked. I tossed it but still was sick. I feel bad but it was trash. Never eating here again
