Nib Kumar★★★★★Jimmy John’s in Twin Falls was a convenient stop for a quick sandwich without much wait. The location on Blue Lakes Blvd was easy to find, and the ordering process was simple. I liked that the menu had plenty of subs and club sandwiches, plus chips and drinks to make it an easy meal. The sandwich tasted fresh, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable for a fast lunch. Having dine-in, takeout, and no-contact delivery also makes it useful when you need something quick and dependable.

When we calmly asked for the mistake to be corrected, the situation escalated unnecessarily and staff chose to call the police instead of resolving a simple order issue. This response was completely disproportionate and upsetting. Basic customer service and de-escalation could have handled this situation easily.
