Not professional. Took our order at the drive thru just to ask us what did we order and still get it wrong and have us pay extra for condiments. Save yourself some time and peace of mind and go to another dairy Queen

My friend walked to to get us a table,charge her phone,amd wait for me to finish a business call with my club. An employee told her she couldnt sit there and charge her phone without buying something. She told them she was waiting on me and said the employee got disrespectful and told my friend she had to leave. I approched the manager about it, who looked like they just woke up sleeping in the office. H saod he had no idea what happened then proceeded to speak as if we were homeless and just looking for a place to charge phones. First: a crew member is a direct reflection of the managers.

Ordered medium dipped cone and there was hardly any ice cream. The cone had a hole on the bottom and wasn't even filled with ice cream.
