This was hands down the WORST fast food experience I have had in years! ALL of my food was cold AND incorrect, they wouldn’t remake it, they tried to make me double pay, the employees at the window (yes you read that right employees plural just to hand out food) were so visibly intoxicated it was embarrassing, you could smell them from your car, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and they lack complete basic knowledge required to preform their job. While Jack in the Box is usually great, my most recent order contained mold on the bottom bun of my ultimate breakfast sandwich. This may be a one-off occurrence; however, I feel obligated to alert the public and restaurant of this mishap. I hope this is the last time this happens
