I waited about 20 minutes for my food, but I stayed patient and the staff was genuinely nice the whole time. When I got my burger, I noticed one of the patties was missing. I showed them, and they took it back and immediately made a new one. The replacement came out right away, it was pretty good, and the lady who helped me was very kind. Delays happen, but I appreciate how they handled it and how polite the staff was throughout.

Worker refused to open the door for service on Saturday at 6am. It is now 6:24am and the door is still not open. There are 2 workers inside. I am the only customer waiting outside in the freezing cold. The worker refuses to communicate with me. One male worker just came and the door is still closed. I did try to talk to the cashier but she ignored me. At 5 am I was told they open at 6am by the cashier. It us now 6:30am. Service very poor and extremely poor customer relations.
