Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spring rolls were light and packed with crisp veggies and shrimp, and the peanut sauce was rich and perfectly balanced. The vermicelli bowl was just as impressive! everything from the grilled meat to the shrimp and fresh vegetables tasted amazing, and the combination of textures made every bite satisfying. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Great portions, great flavors, and overall a delicious experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would always pass by this place when I lived in Upland a few years ago but never thought to try. We came by for an early dinner a few days ago and wow, their menu is huge! Ranging from standard vietnamese items to a few thai dishes as well. We tried a couple items and it was okay. The pho noodles were a little bit al dente and I was hoping the broth would be hotter to help soften the noodles. The lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl was pretty good. We also tried the mango & sticky rice dessert, pretty good as well.

Our 1st time trying Pho and Pho Rex did not disappoint. The waitress were helpful in explaining the menu. We tried the combination pho, pork ban mi, calimari, chicken dumplings and even had the 3 layer dessert. You definitely get good portion for the price you pay. There even is enough left over. 10/10 do recommend and we will be coming back!
