I was asked to pull forward while they prepare my order, so why was the only hot and fresh item of my order the fries? Burger? Cold. Chicken wrap? Cold. What did you need that extra time for, because it clearly wasn't for cooking the order.

Ordering through door dash, I made the mistake of getting the Cinnabon pull apart Unlike the picture, the product did not fill even half of the container It was a solid clump of dried up bread with a smear of icing that came cold Using the plastic fork provided, I could not even push into the item It was a complete waste of money, inedible and disgusting

Usually not one to complain but after working 14 hours and not getting what I paid for kind of gets on my nerves. Yall want a job right? Otherwise I’ll go home and make food. I ordered pick up on the app. So they had no rush. One car in the line when I got there. I ordered 10 spicy nuggets and 2 signature sauces and got 10 regular nuggets and a honey bbq and a sweet chili. Lmao
