Great food as always. Service seemed off. Our server seemed occupied with other things. Took awhile to take our order and after another person served our food, we didn't see her again. The server seemed interested in a table in another section that apparently were her friends. She did seem much more interested in our table after the bill arrived, was paid, we stayed to talk further. She seemed very inpatient with us, then proceeded to ask for and over the table to get the charge slip. Explaining that she needed to cash out.

Waitress was unbelievably rude, and short. I don’t have her name, she never even introduced herself to us. Couldn’t get her attention for refills of the water we had, she seemed very annoyed that we were even there, definitely not the way to act with customers. I am in fact a server myself and would never treat a table so rudely. Could also hear her yelling at the cooks in the back and being snappy with them.

We visit IHOP bi-weekly, and our servers are always friendly, kind, and attentive. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome and ensures everyone is well taken care of. The food is fresh and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. We truly appreciate the great service and look forward to our visits each time.

Not so much the fault of the waitress we had, but when bringing the order we had to put everything on the pancakes ourself. When placing the order, it was for original stack of 5 pancakes adding the cinnamon roll filling and icing. It was brought to the table in individual cups to add ourselves which has never happened and the waitress acted as this was normal. Probably not the best to keep up returning to this particular Ihop.
