Usually when I go to this location, I get excellent service and I feel important to the server. This evening I didn’t feel that way. My server only refilled my drink and we had 6 people eating AND it was my kids birthday. It was like she was almost avoiding my table, seems maybe she was going through something. I had to keep raising my hand for her to come to our table. Wasn’t impressed with her service or hospitality but still tipped, even against my better judgement. Great food, terrible service. Do better please.

Ben was such a great bartender/waiter. Very attentive and friendly. The only reason why we went back to this location was because of him. He even remembered the drinks we had order the time before! Give this man a raise!! He is truly amazing!!!

My family of five just sat at our table for twenty five mins. While people who came in after us were giving orders and receiving drinks. Not one person ever talked to us. We are now at texas Roadhouse and it was a great choice. We will never be going back.

So we have not eaten here for a couple years.But we always enjoyed it. I've seen some bad reviews over the last couple years, and didn't agree with that until now. we ordered sixty wings for the family of different flavors and I have to say all the wings were hard, dry and barely covered with sauce and wrong sauces. We were all so disappointed and the kids made some Kraft Mac n cheese for supper instead. for this i was offered 600 bww points which appears to amount to nothing. this is hilarious and sad. so now their customer service is horrible too! thought I would give them a chance to make i
