I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell today. There was a female employee with red hair at the counter. I placed my order first, and after that I asked for the restroom code. She told me that the restroom was “broken” and refused to give me the code. What made the situation worse is that just before me, another customer clearly used the restroom and walked out, so it was obviously not broken. This felt dishonest and unfair. Basic customer needs like restroom access should not be denied, especially when other customers are being allowed to use it. The food itself was fine, but the

On October 3rd, in the morning around 8:20am, there was this Hispanic boy who served us. He was EXTREMELY polite, amazing and quick. I don’t know if he was the one cooking or not but whoever was- wow! This food was the best fast food I have ever had- GENUINELY! Whoever these two or this boy was- give these people a RAISE!!! They deserve it- for their politeness, and quickness, and my god was this food so good. P.S (the boy gave me literally all different sauces because I didn’t ask for them- SO SO SO NICE)

I could give 0 stars I would. My husband placed a mobile order only to get there. And find the Drive-thru closed with a chair for their Christmas party. As well as the lobby. The employees all saw him standing along with other individuals there outside in the cold yet no one opens the door until they are done with their party. Corporate Office should really have set in place not accepting mobile orders if this what they allowed their location to do.
