My wife and I stopped by this Coffee Beans before heading home. She wanted her Jasmine Peach Tea. This is the first Coffee Beans that I saw had a drive thru. When we came they were not busy at all. There was only one car in the drive thru. They made my wife drink quick and she drank it in the parking lot since I went to another place nearby to get my drink.

Let me start off by saying, the coffee tasted great. No issues there. However, the costumer service was mediocre. The young lady working the cash register wasn’t rude, just wasn’t friendly and never cracked a smile. Not the biggest deal, but still, friendliness should be a priority. However, the bathroom was ridiculously dirty. The store only had one working bathroom, and did not maintain the cleanliness. There was no toilet paper and the empty toilet paper rolls were left on the guardrail. Both trash cans were overflowing with paper towels and on the ground. And there was not any more hand
