Houston Deshotels★Placed a rapid pickup order because I was in a hurry. Got a notification that my order was ready on my way there. Got to the restaurant and couldn’t find my order. Was told it would be another 10 minutes before it is ready even though I was already notified it was ready. Asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait so I wrote down my order number and was told I’d get an email when the refund was complete. Never received a refund. Feel like I got scammed
