Overall food quality has gone downhill since Papa John departed the company. That said, this restaurant was clean, properly air conditioned, and professional. The saving grace on this visit was the wings I ordered. While smaller than expected, they were hot, tender, properly cooked and seasoned, and were proportionally sauced. The pizza was fine. Not mind-blowing, but not terrible. It works in a crunch.

I ordered via the app when we were about 40 miles out. After placing an order, we immediately called the store to change the time. We spoke to Jason after being placed on hold for over five minutes. When we arrived 10 minutes earlier than we requested.... the pizza was already prepared. Apparently, the pizza had been ready for about 15 minutes by the appearance of the pizza. Jason did not change the time, as the pizza was obviously much 'older' when we received it. I never complain about food in a restaurant, as I like to just create a review. Short blonde lady at the front was super rude. Had airpods in and couldn't be bothered to do her job. Customer service is not expected anywhere anymore.
