We have never had a good experience at this location. Every time we do a mobile order the food is never ready for us when we come to pick it up, the food is always cold by the time we get it and the service is not the greatest. Just ordered today and we only live 5 minutes away and the food all had to be reheated when we got home plus I went to check my burger and found an egg shell on it! Food is soggy and cold and they as that the food was made to order. No longer going to this location!

We have order curly fries SO MANY times through this jack in the box! we have always received the upcharge, and yet we haven't gotten the curly fries three whole times! online order, and two physical orders. it has happened again tonight. each time i have called they have told us they gave us other stuff to make up for it, BUT WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY. my husband asked TONIGHT (6-17) if they have curly fries and they said they did. we got charged for them, and yet, we do not have them, and we were missing another large fry! this jack in the box has the most TERRIBLE cust

If I could leave one star for service, I would… According to the receipt, the lady that served me was Elisabeth! She had a very nasty attitude when I asked her for my receipt. She gave me the receipt and walked away and said my God like I was giving her a hard time asking for my darn receipt. She made my experience horrible, very distasteful service. From the moment I ordered to the moment, I asked for my receipt which she should’ve gave me anyway There was no one else in the line. I don’t even understand what her problem was.

Me and my family travel a lot and we love Jack in the Box, unfortunately though for this location we have had a LOT of problems. It seems like out of the last 4 times we have been to this location we have had a issue with our order. This most recent time they forgot our Dr. Jack and both of our burgers had smashed up buns. Burgers themselves seemed burnt and dried up as well. I also had asked for no ketchup and they put on anyway. When I went back to the window the two guys in the restaurant ignored me standin at the window even though I ran the Bell, about 15 minutes of me waiting a girl came
