On a busy day they fail to clean up. Even at 330 in the afternoon after the lunch rush. We ordered frozen coke then later were told the machine was broken. When we asked for a refund they decided the machine worked but it would take 5 minutes. The worker was nice but the overall experience was poor. Also, NO FREE REFILLS.... I thought this was America!!!!

Walked in on a 91° Tuesday afternoon and ordered a Filet-O fish and medium fries. Also asked for an ice water (as dietarily I am not allowed any other beverages at this time). The young lady points to what I consider a rudely- worded sign on the wall and flatly responds “no.” I asked to speak to her manager. When the manager arrived, I pointed to the sign and stated “tell your Corporate leadership that that is terrible. I am a paying customer“. She didn’t respond. The older short Hispanic woman working the front counter and the back as well on 4/19/26 12:09 deserves a raise. Even though she was working the register she was also prepping peoples orders in the back simultaneously on a busy Sunday and calling peoples orders by their name, not just their number. Had a great attitude despite the business. Love people like her and hope her upper management acknowledges her for it. Wish I got her name to post here but didn’t want to interrupt her in the zone. Well done to her.

The best McDonald's I've been to in years. Right next to the Whitehouse. Great service and fresh quarter pounder with cheese. Fries 🍟 cooked perfectly 😋
