Despite the fact that Waterbury is often the subject of unfair criticism, this particular McDonald’s far exceeds expectations and certainly deserves more than its current four-star rating. Wont be ordering from here anymore. This McDonald's staff is incredible rude and disorganized. Losing our order, telling a door dash driver that they wouldn't make our order cause it was too big, mistakes almost every time we get from here (like getting a hot chocolate with extra hot chocolate and receiving only warm milk, getting someone else's food entirely, or giving lemonade when the drink was a root beer. me and another person order two separate meals at night time around 11pm . Our fries were cold and unsalted , then we went back to asked for fresh fries , they doubled dip (double fry) another set of fries told us to keep the cold ones. After the second set of fries we did not return because we just got off of work , we were too exhausted to go back again . The next day around 8pm we ask for fresh fries give they us no problem, they were kind enough to give us fresh fries . Thank you .

This is the McDonald's at Thomaston Ave. This is a great place where you can enjoy eating your food in peace and quiet. The staff is friendly and your food is brought to you. The bathroom and place are clean. There is handicapped seating and parking. There is outdoor dining. You can order your food on a kiosk or speak to a person. If you want a refill for your drink, the staff will gladly fill it up. "I'm loving it."
