A macaroni cheese bowl and this was on a Tuesday plus a 8-piece mix original and extra crispy chicken. Macaroni and cheese bowl was overcooked taste like water slightly burnt the the chicken niblets that they put on top was dry and overcooked also. The eight piece the dark was dried out and the original was okay. I will not return.

Took so longgggggg just even to get acknowledged that you're there!!!!! Ordered online ,got notification thaty ordered was ready to get picked up. Went there, guess what... not even readyyyyyyy. Waited more than.10 minutes just to get acknowledged and took a lther 20 minute ish to preparey order. Oh my god ... keep hoping they will get better. Probablyyyy nottt. We need a better KFC in Waxahachie!!!!

This is the second time I stopped in there. I gave it one more try. Don't worry, I got the hint. This place is terrible! And I had to wait 30 minutes for this. Never again.

If you enjoy the idea of extra-curricular activities in the prison shower, then, yes, visit this place. But if you hate arguing with managers about an individual sized gravy cup, and not getting it…and then discover, upon getting home, they also screwed you out of 6 biscuits, then avoid it. I didn’t get the managers name, but the lady working at 6:45 on 5/20 chose to argue with me and in the end refused to give me the individual sized gravy that I ordered!! What’s that cost y’all—a nickel?Really…yall must be so crazily successful that you’d rather save a nickel than keep a customer’s business!
