Sherley★I visited JP Licks on May 19th around 2:16 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service experience with the woman working behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, her energy and attitude felt unwelcoming. I asked if I could order a lime rickey, and she responded briefly before quickly walking away. As I tried to add a sorbet to my order, she replied, “I’m only one person, you’re going to have to wait.” I completely understand that employees can be busy, but the tone and delivery of that response were unnecessary. A simple “One moment please” would have been much more
Nicole Eats & Roams★★★★★We love J.P. Licks, and it’s our go-to Ice Cream when we have guests out of state/country. Everyone loves it. This location is so pretty and cozy, and it’s on a really nice street to walk around if weather is nice. Our favorite flavors are Salted Caramel Cookies and Cream, Mint and cookies, and Brownie Batter. They’re delicious. Staff is friendly and quick.

Can’t say enough about the staff. They did great with a bunch of girls who kept changing their order. Would recommend. Place is clean well kept as always.
