This is by far the most VILE Chipotle I have ever been to. Judging by the other reviews it's clear that I am not the only person who feels this way. For being a new establishment, the cleanliness and customer service is an absolute zero...I wish I could give negative stars on here. This isn't my first time at this location, and every SINGLE time I go it's always a horrible experience. Tonight will be my last time going into this location. Good food & the cashier was very helpful & couteous while checking out. However the young woman serving was of foreign decent & had a hard time understanding me. I said chicken twice & still didnt get any chicken in my bowl. But she knew how to smile.

This has been the worst experience ever. At the middle of eating, I noticed a string in my mouth and I pulled it out and it was a long hair! I wanted to vomit so bad!!!! That was the most disgusting thing has ever happened to me. My appetite was lost and I will never buy from this chipotle again.

The reviews here were pretty accurate… food was good tho and was flavorful and hot. The staff looked like they were bothered by taking our orders (rice chicken black beans and cheese). The chicken portions were ridiculously small. Other than that wasn’t too bad
