Walked into angry workers arguing back and forth. Food was good and fresh, but teach your employees how to act in public.... wow, wish I would have just turned around and left. I get some days are stressful but figure that out in the back room or something.

On 4/8/2026 at 11:10 I placed an order for Frosties and when my husband went to get it the employees stated they could not make it because they were cleaning the machine. When he stated they should not start cleaning the machine until they close they slammed the window shut in his face. Horrible customer service from whoever was working during this time.

Horrible Food !!!!! I've been there 3 times & it's not worth it at all. NO matter what deals they have. Service is fine, food is so bad I gave it to the dog. NO JOKE. I don't eat out much at all, for multiple reasons. The few times I did was at Wendy's last 2 months , it was so disappointing 😞 that I'd rather starve til I get home & cook something.

If i could go lower than 1 star i would. I had a really frustrating experience at this Wendy’s, mainly due to a manager named Dante. I was forced to go through the drive-thru three separate times just to use different payment methods, keep in mind the place was empty. which felt completely unnecessary and poorly handled. Instead of offering a simple solution, I was sent back around multiple times, wasting my time and making what should have been a quick stop way more stressful than it needed to be.
