i’ve never had an issue with this jack in the box. I usually order during the night time because of work there are these 2 cool guys who work during that time and everything is always to perfection and from time to time i’ll order in the mornings. I ordered two chicken wrap meals in the afternoon however, I only received one order. Always the same experience at this spot and not a good one. Drive thru always makes you park at curbside and wait over 15 minutes. Twice they have forgotten about me and i had to walk inside. They usually ask if i want condiments which i accept but they always fail to put them in. i go to this place because its close to my work but no more. bad service all around

They take forever to even take our order at the drive thru, myself and coworkers have had the same issue, it's a fast food restaurant not a I'm going to sit and wait restaurant. they can be rude and unprofessional. They took about 30 minutes to take my order, I told the guy my whole lunch is going to be spent here, he tells me we're doing the other orders, yet there was only one vehicle in front of me, i told him you can at least take my order there's other vehicles behind me.
