Consistently voted best Italian restaurant in the capital region. For good reason! Amazing quality, taste and portions, all at at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed chicken frangelica and veal sorrento. The chicken was beautiful with a hazelnut flavor and sauce. The veal was also excellent, tender and served with pasta and red sauce. We also had an appetizer, greens and beans, enough for 4 people and DELICIOUS! Desert was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, so moist! Long established Fine Italian restaurant located in Albany,NY. Professional wait staff. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this 40 plus year old history of serving delicious meals to everyone who comes here. Ann, part owner of D'Raymonds, greeted us upon arrival. From the past of smoked filled booths to current. She made you feel welcomed. From wine to dessert, you knew you would leave satisfied. If you have never been here, what are you waiting for? I would strongly recommend reservations.

D’ Raymonds is an absolute hidden gem!! The food, the atmosphere, the servers, the wine list, all of it the real deal and absolutely amazing!!! I cant remember our server’s name but she made the whole experience that much better!!
