We had the most amazing experience celebrating my son’s 13th birthday at AMF Babylon Lanes last night! It was completely impromptu—I came in with a few Groupons and wasn’t sure what to expect—but from the moment we walked in, the entire team went above and beyond. The managers and staff were incredibly gracious, accommodating, and just genuinely kind. They made everything feel seamless and stress-free, which as a mom, I truly appreciated. Very disappointing experience. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time we visit, they claim there are no available lanes, even though it is obvious that many lanes are sitting empty. Instead of being welcoming and professional, the employees seem uninterested in helping customers and often act annoyed when asked simple questions. It feels like they simply don’t want to do their job. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone.

Had a very nice experience. Called ahead to reserve a lane and received a package deal. It included bowling for 2 hours, pizza, fries and unlimited drinks for $28 per child. We had to delay our bowling for an emergency and they still made proper accommodations. The setup was very nice and service was excellent!

My friends & I love these lanes. All of the counter people & servers are always eager to help, whatever the situation, w smiles on their faces. The alley is basically split into 2 sections, one dark, w big screens for sports & one side traditional. A bunch of us go once a month & we always have fun. Also, the lanes are well maintained.
