This location is healing. Lunch crew on 1/25 is killing it. Even the online ordering a couple weeks ago was great! Great portions, fast service. I deleted my previous review/picture of a very poorly assembled burrito.

Third time in 2 week server's slide you like half a portion so basically gotta ask for extra. Might not wanna do that she seems pretty pissy about that..Top it off for me to write this just as a warning skip this one service sucks and litteraly waited about 20 minutes in line to be told the chicken i wanted was spoken for already wild...Might wana avoid this one till that moody looking dude chicks quits😂

Had a burrito it was pretty good. Rice was on the salty side. I finished my burrito and called the manager to let him know about the rice. He said he would check and fix rice or throw it out if it was too salty. He was very professional on the call. It's very nice to see a manager who cares about the product. I didn't get a name but I just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager on duty at 11:30am on January 31st, 2026. Have a great day. TM

Ive not had a problem at a chipotle before that I can recall. Generally 4-5 stars I’d say. However, I don’t think I’ve come across an employee so rude to a customer as at this chipotle tonight. My mom was buying 3 burrito bowls. When she got her receipt after paying, we saw they charged us for 2 things we didn’t order. so she asked for a refund for those items. The first employee just kept saying that we had ordered those on our bowl, though we explained we did not and that they were not in our bag. He kept insisting and wouldn’t refund us.
