Our host was very attentive, providing service with a smile and consistently ensuring we had all we needed. My daughter requested to have her birthday gathering with her school friends at the Cutler Bay, FL location and had a blast! She loves Chuck E Cheese!

Not the best experience. There are only a few machines, and many of them are out of order. Even the ones that do work sometimes fail to give you points, which is really frustrating. I definitely prefer going to the Kendall location, it's the best. I have the Fun pass and this location is always the same. Once I spoke with the manager but she didn't even care.

Nice place for kids to have fun experience and good for birthdays. I like this place because they keep this place clean. Employees are friendly, and prices for games are fear. Prices for food is to high. Small drinks are $2.99 pizzas prices to expensive. And pizza quality is not good .
