Horrible customer service. They do not follow instructions. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a vegetable pizza with Alfredo sauce, specifically asking them not to use red sauce, and they still got the order wrong. I picked up the pizzas, but I did not get home until 10:00 at night, which is why it took me longer to call and make the complaint. When I finally called, the young man did not even look for my information correctly and told me that I had not ordered the pizzas there. The food was very good and very worth the price. There was an employee at the register named Anthony, incredibly nice and very helpful to me and my friends. We had very easy communication and he informed us when our food would be prepared. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve received. I feel like other people complaining in the reviews are receiving bad customer service when certain people are on shift. When I went, I received amazing customer service, I’d like to thank the employees when I went, I believe their names were Anthony and Chris.

Ordered ahead on the app and got a notification that my order was ready, but when I arrived I found that my order hadn't even been fired... Good thing the app didn't want to take my payment ahead of time 🤷🏻 Looks like they're having trouble keeping staff. I was told that nobody knew how to make pizza, but they sure seem to know how to mark the order ready for no reason at all lol...

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. The Philly Cheese Steak stuffed-crust pizza I received was doughy and undercooked, and the overall quality was far below expectations. In addition, the pickup experience was unprofessional. Even though I ordered online and arrived at the stated pickup time, the pizza was not ready.
