The place was very nice—and, above all, clean. The cleaning staff always kept the area spotless; specifically during the late afternoon/evening shift, it was extremely clean and organized. The only unpleasant thing I witnessed was the way a manager treated one of the female staff members: he spoke to her very rudely, in a harsh manner, completely unprofessionally, and with a severe lack of manners. I loved this McDonald's. The location is perfect. This restaurant has been standing strong for a long time. I never want to see it closing. But, management needs better customer care services. Seeing my food being, 'tossed and thrown around is not the way that I'd Iike for my day to begin. Expediters griping at the customers. No, "Welcomes" no "thank yous". I get the sense of, "I wish I could quit" or "These people are getting on my nerves." It happens all of the time for breakfast. Nikki brought me the best iced coffee today for the drive up order . Looked exactly the image on the app. That was so cool to start a Friday morning cause let's face it , it's uncommon for any McDonald's. Also her personality is great she does go the extra mile . And I know McDonald's doesn't pay extra for that . Move her up ! Very committed

THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. YOU HAVE TO REPEAT YOUR ORDER 6X AT SPEAKER THEN PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND REPEAT ANOTHER 6X AND THEY STILL Can't get it right. Ask to speak to a manager i here him in the back saying no speak English and the staff began to laugh.
