The pulled pork was great. You get a choice of barbecue sauce. I picked the bourbon one, it was the right choice. Big portions ( enough for two) comes with tater tots and two sides. I chose the macaroni salad and cornbread. They have a full bar with indoor and outdoor dining. Or take it to go. Big parking lot.

First time here was a overall solid experience. There wasn't many staff members for lunch time but they were prompt and friendly. 10+ tables of customers that was easily fielded by two servers. Food was good and very reasonably priced. The menu is heavily focused onBBQ but there's other options if that's not your thing. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Really enjoyed the accessible outdoor seating. I'll definitely come back again. *2nd Round* I went back. Same opinion. Smoked wings were phenomenal. Ordered take out here for the first time. They did forget the honey slaw I ordered for an upcharge. We got the chicken parm sandwich and a lrg BBQ platter which was 2 meats, 2 sides, cornbread and sauce. The platter was good but definitely needed to be hotter. I was in the parking lot when I received the ready text and I live less than a mile away. It was already cold when I got home.I did like the to go packaging. The Chicken parm sandwich was okay, it was on a water roll... bourbon and chipolte bbq sauces were good. Cornbread was nice and soft.

We stopped at The Crest Room while passing through Springfield on our way from Toronto to Boston, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We came specifically looking for burnt ends, and they absolutely delivered. The portions were generous, and they definitely did not skimp on the meat. Everything we ordered was fabulous, from the perfectly smoked BBQ to the incredible sides. The BBQ sauces were a standout—we tried the Chipotle and Fiery sauces, and both were packed with flavor.
