This is the second time I’ve walked out of this Wendy’s before anybody asked me if they could take my order. The store is mismanaged and I am surprised it’s still in business. Also not to mention they do not wear gloves when serving food. According to the state statue(105 CMR 590) you must use a physical barrier when handling. And I didn’t see anybody wearing gloves while serving food. Not only did they keep me waiting at the counter for more than five minutes, but I saw people touching their face and then touching food as they were serving it and putting into bags. I hope somebody sees this

Don’t bother coming here late night. Probably not the employees fault. Takes over 20 mins to even take your order. Then they wait another 20 minutes to even talk to the next person in line. Again, it’s probably because they don’t schedule anybody, but I’ll never try again after 11 PM. Waited 20 minutes and everybody in front of me just left I waited another 10 and then I did too

Cool thing is that you can see a retro Wendy’s place, but that also says that they haven’t even tried to renew at all… The atmosphere feels old, there is no screen counter and every time you go get your order at the counter, it seems like you’re bothering them. But in the end it’s a Wendy’s, so food is good!

awful service, ALWAYS missing something from my order, but the decor inside is cute and extravagant. the guy with dyed hair is so rude and majority of the staff make the whole process dreadful.
