Picking up a door dash at 7pm. NO ONE in the lobby and it looks like this. And what's worse the kitchen is even more disgusting. Timed it for the order not being ready. 6 soft drinks and a happy meal..... 12 mins

So I’ll give you the bottom line. The service here is unfriendly. This looks like a pretty new McDonald’s incredibly clean, well-kept and look beautiful. When you walk inside, you’re gonna see the exact same thing it’s just beautiful. Now the tall guy that you’ll see behind the counter, who appears to be a manager, does not have any customer service communication skills . I noticed it when I ordered my food and checked out and I ate inside and watched for about 15 minutes. Not once did this tall gentleman smile or say thank you to any of the customers . He was all business cold business.

The speed of service tonight was totally mind blowing. To put it into perspective, I placed a mobile order from the Meijer's parking lot after completing my weekly grocery shopping. Was at the drive thru speaker at 8:05 when my wife called from Marion, OH to say she was on her way home but needed to stop for gas and she still beat me home despite our house being < 5 mins from this McDonald's. After giving my mobile order code and the employee read my name from their system, I was asked to pull forward to the window. Our favorite McDonald’s! We’ve visited this location for years and have never had a bad experience. Whether dining in or drive thru, they strive to have your order to you quickly, accurately, and timely, and they always deliver. Service here is good and everyone is so friendly. Manager does a great job too. Would recommend!
