I will start off saying... This is Taco Bell 🔔 I have been going to Taco Bell for decades and the one thing I have always known is that to eat cheap at the bell you need to stick to the basics. That said we got 5 tacos, a chili cheese burrito and (big splurge) a mango freeze. Waited in the drive through from 10:02 to 10:57. I ordered a $7 lux box and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I’m not sure what they’re doing back there, but management needs to hire some people who don’t suck at this job.

The food was amazing but the customer service was terrible. I went during my lunch break to the drive through, after I handed her my bank card she rang my food up on a different machine and proceeded to assist another customer with my bank card in her hand out in the open. I didn’t mind she was assisting someone else maybe she was busy but holding my card up for the world to see didn’t sit right with me. I then asked for my receipt and she made an excuse as to why she couldn’t provide it. I then told her can you print it on a different machine since the one wasn’t working. I have never gotten

Waited 1hr for a DoorDash order (I’m the driver) and saw the 10 other customers waiting in the lobby to get their food, and almost every one of them that I saw get their food had to come back because the workers forgot half of the stuff they ordered. I saw this happen like 7 times while I waited for my delivery that I had to take out.
