They don't have the option to do 10 wings of one flavor and 5 and 5 in different flavors on the app so I called and they were cool enough to make the order we wanted. The app should have a special instructions line before checkout. So hey B Dubs, if you read these, do that. 🤞

Called at 9:30 to place a small to-go order after not being able to eat at the smoothie place next door. I saw BWW's lights turn off but figured it was just something they did around closing but we're going to still be very much open since their hours state they're open until 10pm. When I called the man said they stop taking orders at 9:30 and he's already "doing his financial stuff" . While I wrote this review in front of the store I've seen 3 separate cars show up with people trying to go inside because I'm sure they thought that they were still open because that's what their hours are suppo

I've been ordering from here for years and today hands how hand the worst customer service. My friend ordered wings for us..so naturally it was under her name. Luckily we were smart and had the email verification of the order sent to my email. When I came in and dug through the bag to make sure my ranch was in it. I had a woman who peeked over noticed I was going through the bag and said what order are you here to pick up. (Clearly the one I'm digging through) I say my friends name my stupid self gave her the middle name and last name she goes by rather then then her actual first name. (My bad

It’s been a few times that I’ve ordered from this place and all of my orders have had missing items. On this last order I decided to call the restaurant and spoke with the cashier and told her what I was missing and that only 6 pieces of onion rings came in the large box, which I did order the large size or onion rings. She said she didn’t know cuz she was just the cashier. She offered to refund the money of the missing large fries and the onion rings. She put me on hold and then came back asking if I can just go pick up my items. I told her I couldn’t that’s why I had them delivered. She ask
