What a great place to come across. Really professional staff, high quality donuts and decorating. I asked for lucky charms on my donut cake, which they didn't seem to have on hand but the staff said they would go to the store and buy it just for this. Super nice folks. Overall really happy with the birthday donut cake we bought and 100% would come back again for another occasion on a special order.

I'm lost by the good reviews on these doughnuts. Given MA is essentially a doughnut hub, I'm a bit critical. My friend picked up a box of the Chinese new year doughnuts and they looked very cute. However, the doughnuts are extremely, EXTREMELY, mid. Yeasted doughnuts with frosting. The doughnuts are very dense cushions for sweet flavorless frosting. The ones without a hole did not have filling. None of them did. It made for a very bland, dense doughnut. If you're looking for custom designs, it's great. For a good doughnut, go elsewhere. Our absolute favorite coffee shop! The specialty lattes are amazing, the donuts are always delicious, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and kind, which makes each visit a great experience. We usually have the pleasure of being helped by Peter, and he always goes above and beyond.
