I ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich. How hard is that? There were six people working during a slow hour, yet it took nearly 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and a burger. To make matters worse, the sandwich was completely burnt, and—this is the most ridiculous part—they used a burger bun for the bottom half of the sandwich! Absolute nonsense. What is the manager even doing here? Is there no oversight at all? If the staff is just going to coast and deliver this kind of garbage, you might as well shut the doors. My husband ordered a gluten free bun double shack burger with no tomato no cheese add onion, a side of fries, and a 50/50 lemonade/tea. His burger had little to no onion, lettuce, and sauce. The patties were extremely dry, as was the bun (the bun is to be expected, it’s gluten free). I waited 20+ minutes and paid $40 for extremely mid food(one meal and a milkshake mind you).

Very yummy...the burgers are ridiculously good, onion rings are crispy, yet not oily, just perfect. Fries were good too. Oh, and of course, the frozen custard was delicious as well!!!
