I probably should’ve read the reviews before buying because I went through the same thing ; I got old grease , some hot chicken that tasted like it was from yesterday or who knows when . Mac and cheese has the consistency of pudding but tastes like nothing else aside from Kraft cheese , fries were cold . Go to Popeyes or KFC instead , this place is a waste of time with rude staff , there’s nothing to come back for , pricing is also terrible and not worth it . They charge for dressings which is whatever but heyy Popeyes isn’t and neither is KFC so 🤨

On June 18, 2026, I sat in the drive-thru from 8:23 p.m. to 8:56 p.m. while trying to order my food. The line was extremely long, and customers were not able to order at the speaker box. We had to place our orders directly at the window, which made the process uncomfortable. The employee working the window was rude during the interaction. I was disappointed with the service provided by the manager. She appeared unhappy, looked like she did not want to be there, and had a negative attitude throughout the interaction. Not once did she smile or make an effort to be welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Fortunately, one of the employees provided excellent customer service. Location is ok. Server is super nice. Food is delivered very fast. 4 pieces of spicy chicken for 6.99 is a very good deal. 3 of the chicken pieces are huge but one piece is really tiny. The server gave us extra cups for water, dishes for sharing food. The restaurant is not too busy inside (a short line up) but a long line up in drive through. Id say the girls are pretty efficient in delivering and serving. The spicy chicken is not too spicy and it has a good taste to it. Very crispy and hot. Super delicious. The floor seems sticky but overall it’s a 5-star.
