On March 31, 2026 at approximately 10:36pm, we went through the drive through and there was a vehicle in front of us. I noted that there were 3-5 female occupants in the car. They were observed laughing and engaging in a conversation with the drive through worker. I litterally listened to 2 songs in my vehicle that were about 6 minutes long. After that, I honked my horn to inquire what the hold up was. The occupants in the car made rude gestures at me and held out their hands mocking me. I was about to back up and drive off and then another car pulled up behind me "sandwhiching" me in.

I found hair in my fries and they were very rude about replacing my food and disrespectful when I ask for condiments to go with it she threw hot sauce in my bag. I asked for a napkin and ketchup. I had a kids cheeseburger meal. Why do I need hot sauce? She was rude and disrespectful. I overlooked the hair until she called herself replacing it with an attitude. I was dining with my three grandsons before school this morning. not one of the employees had on hairnets. I’m a senior my hair is gray and short, so it couldn’t have been mine.

1/16/2026 I had ordered the family of four meal this male Mexican employee told me he doesn't want me to order that I had to order another meal... I let that go and ordered #9 1/17/2026 I had the same Problem with the same male employee I wanted to order large chocolate shake he had told me yet again he doesn't want to make that chocolate shake and had told me I looked homeless and needed to leave his jack in the box This is him in the picture very rude and lazy he needs to get fired Please fire this employee

We placed an Uber Eats order tonight and have waited 1.5 hours. The drivers kept changing each time we checked. I called and a young girl answered who was yelling and laughing with her friends and said she wasn’t paying attention to the orders but it shows it was done/picked up. I told her we didnt receive the order and she advised to call uber and shell confirm it was someone else that picked it up and hung up. The customer service was annoying to say the least. The next uber driver went and explained what happened and was told they would remake my order, just to make him wait 40 minutes to b
