I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing, the person who assisted us was quite rude and unapproachable. The food was the biggest letdown, for sure, the bread was dry and tasted old, and both the meat and the pickles had an off flavor. It’s upsetting to see such polished and appealing photos online, only to receive something that didn’t resemble them at all.

I know fast food isn't good for you but if you're going to get fast food at least you know at checkers they just made it. My food is always piping hot and fresh. And let me tell you about the apple pies they fry them and they are crispy with cinnamon sugar all over it reminds me of the McDonald's apple pie is back in the day but even better... I almost always eat the dessert first because I can't wait 🫣

Stopped here today for lunch drive thru and ordered 2 big Buford’s. These hamburgers were absolutely putrid and dry. Both sandwiches missing tomatoes too. Should’ve just kept driving and not have eaten. No wonder the one in powerline closed abruptly although that one was decent.
