Mikayla Hinz★I used to really like the Human Bean, but this place is so extremely inconsistent. Paid over $30 for two iced coffees and food items this morning. The burrito was frozen in the center, but the sandwich was so overcooked that it had hardened to the consistency of a rock. Coffees were fine, but absolutely not worth the price. Additionally, what happened to the menu? And why aren’t you allowed to stop and look at any of the items before ordering now? You have to know exactly what you want before being greeted in line by an employee. I’m not sure how people would know what to order with a menu of
Sydney Ross★Over priced food and drinks at this location. Lemonade is literal yellow water. And the blended spice cookie chai i got today was literally caramel and ice. But yet somehow still tasted like old milky water. Wth guys.

Gabriela Gonzalez★I got here, the barista was really nice and stuff, but I didn’t like how I ordered a 32 oz drink and got only filled up about a little more from half way, same with my 16 oz it was filled up about 75%. All because I asked for no ice. I always ask for my drinks with no ice because they water down easily, and I wanted this to last me all day, well apparently not. And I feel like it was a really bad service because this all cost me $26, like if i’m paying $26 for 1 extra large drink, 2 medium drinks and 1 muffin then I better get a fully filled extra large drink, 2 fully filled medium drinks and
