The two times I went to BurgerFi on my trip to Florida was an amazing experience! It was the best burger place ever! The service was amazing and very friendly! I got the yes chef burger, and those caramelized onions were the best coming off an eight hour flight and eat. Their sauce was delicious. Best sauce I’ve ever had. I then got the Oreo shake and I must say that was the best Oreo shake I’ve ever had; nice and creamy with Oreos and sprinkles was very good. Definitely 100 out of 10 would recommend. burgerFi needs to expand all over the US!

I love(ed) BurgerFi so much....But this particular location is garbage. The whole place was empty, yet somehow not a single table was wiped down and they all had visible food debris on them. This goes for all empty outside tables as well. Even the entry door is smeared with handprints and grease. Just DIRTY. Food took a while and after it was prepared and bagged up it took another 5-10 min for the server to stop having a conversation to bring it over. Get the food home and the fries are so old and so greasy not even the air fryer could revive them. I advise asking for a fresh batch if you ever

The place is really dirty and the floor is sticky. My shoes stick each steps that i take! The guy in the kichen guy doesn't have hair cover! But the front lady ( cashier) was nice! I don't know the random customer why they allow him in the kitchen!
