I always like coming to Panera, because of their good and tasty food. Not only is their food fresh, but they are also consistent from location to location. I visited Panera in different locations and states. The service in general is friendly and they put in the necessary effort to prepare the exact food you ordered. The ambiance is appropriate for that type of restaurant with large windows and outside seating when the weather permits.

Not the staffs fault, in fact the staff was very friendly and professional, but the food quality has dropped off a cliff. If I could leave less than 1 star I would the food that my son and I have been enjoying for years is now extremely disappointing, the chicken for our sandwiches was fatty squishy and just unedible. The bacon was very fatty and chewy and the bread side is now very small, which was even sadder as it was the only edible thing we got for over $40. If you want to charge $18 for a tiny sandwich at least bring the quality food back. So sad something my son and I ate at and enjoyed
