really disappointed with my recent order from Taco Bell. I ordered two chicken enchilada burritos through DoorDash for my lunch the next day, and while DoorDash did their job just fine, the problem was entirely with how the food was prepared. The burritos were wrapped so loosely that they completely fell apart. By the time I opened them, everything had leaked out and they were basically impossible to eat properly. Taco bell in Woodbury, MN, restaurant # 020000. Drive through worker who took my order was rude and need to learn customer service skills. Tall skinny African american. He was having a hard time hearing so he kept saying "What???" In a very condescening way. At the end of the order he told us to "pull up." Never greeted us, and never thanked us. We got charged for sauces we didn't order, we didn't get our water, and the nuggets were very burnt.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell today. The employees were polite and friendly, and they greeted me with a smile. They took my order quickly and accurately, and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The tacos were delicious, fresh and hot. I loved the crunchy shells, the juicy meat, and the spicy sauce. They also gave me plenty of napkins and condiments. I was very satisfied with my meal and the service. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell to anyone who loves tacos and fast food.

The manager at this location is very rude. My husband is vegan, and when we saw one part of his order, a black bean chalupa, had meat instead, we brought it to an employee, and he fixed it right away. When we saw another part of my husband’s order, a black bean Crunchwrap supreme, had cheese, he brought that up, and the manager absolutely mangled the Crunchwrap looking for cheese, then insisted it didn’t have any and refused to remake it.
