This location sucks. Last few times, I thought it was a fluke, but this location is low effort compared to other locations. Look at this low effort cinnamon crunch bagel and compare my photo to other locations you visit. Either staff is not trained properly or they dont care. Location on Lemont Road in Downers is WAY better with food quality. You've been warned.

Consistently, the crappiest Panera around. If they don't screw something up it's a miracle. I wish I could say this is a one off, and I kick myself every time I come here. It's right next to Costco, so it's a super convenient location. The food is usually fine. The service is always the problem. If you really want to go to Panera, I would suggest the one off of Ogden in Naperville or the one up 75th street. Either one is better.
