You can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is always very consistent. They’ve been a lot of kid friendly options. I’m always down for a spicy deluxe and the kids absolutely love playing in the police structure. So it’s a win-win kids get exercise and fed me and the wife get to chill out and maybe have a conversation which is always nice.

I am tired of my orders getting messed up, anytime I have had food delivered or gone through the drive-through. They have gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken or not giving me any at all, this needs to be addressed. I placed an online order today and I called the Wylie, Texas location to verify and make sure they added the correct barbecue sauce and they sent me Chick-fil-A sauce instead, thanks for ruining my meal once again !!!

I’ve tried getting in contact with corporate and had no response, so I am leaving my email here. “Good Evening, I am reaching out, in hopes to get in contact with corporate or any upper position. Not that this will affect our future decisions in eating at the Chik-fil-a here in Wylie, Texas. Now we do appreciate the freshness of our food, but today’s occurrence is just crazy. Nowhere else makes salads like Chik-fil-a so we continue going, We understand the lettuce is fresh , but more than once have we found LIVE bugs inside the salads. Although, Tonight it wasn’t bugs, instead it was chicken

I ordered and paid for 3 Grilled Club Chicken Sandwiches for a take out. When I got home and opened them up, all three were Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. No bacon, no cheese, and they were almost $2 each cheaper, than what I paid for. Total BS. So, take out diners, check your orders before leaving the store.
