1st and last time I will visit this this location. Starting off there was a squatted fly on the display pamphlets fine it happens. I came in with my daughter and her order was wrong. We asked for pancakes with bacon plus mozzarella sticks on the side. The plate came together and I had to ask for a separate plate. Waitres seems to be annoyed by now because we also found syrup spill all under the syrup holders and she started blaming the night crew. Menus were dirty. Wrap utensils were also greasy and dirty. There is no effort by associates here to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Manager

My friend and I went to this location for brunch. I think Ella or Elle was our waitress. She was at our table immediately to get our drink order. Our coffee was fresh and good! She has perfect timing on returning to our table to take our order and ask if we'd like more coffee or water. Very sweet young lady. The French toast was delicious and the price is great. This outing was delightful. Thank you IHOP.

Service was top notch! Cynthia did a wonderful job taking care of all our needs. She is super friendly and I will be back to see her. Atmosphere was a bit noisy, but to be expected with all the kids in there.
