Hands Down the worst restaurant in the valley, if you enjoy being treated with disrespect and having employees ignore you after they took your money and give you nothing in return! They STOLE my money and gave me NO food NOTHING they just took my money! When I called the store to have it dealt with they tried to say contact DoorDash, so I did and DoorDash refunded me and the store is supposed to refund me and they won’t answer my phone call.

Food was blah, everything thrown in the bag, food missing, by the time it was corrected food was cold and gross. Dont go often but when I have same issue. For 4 people prices now average 54.00 and up. . We tried the new chicken nuggets, they were dry,small crusted breading. Not worth the 13. And some change for the meal.. Taco Bell gas gone downhill. . Manager did what he could to replace the missing food.

You have to check your order after getting it EVERY TIME you come to this location. Because if you're missing anything when you get home, and you fill out their survey saying you have missing food, they just email you back saying "Thanks for your feedback" and don't refund you or give you that item free next time anymore. They tell you "Why didnt you come back and get it?" after you've driven all the way home.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, asked them to ADD POTATOES and extra nacho cheese. Simple right? Easy right? WRONG. Drove all the way home to find I had a cheese and potato wrap. Nothing else. So I get back in my car drive alll the way back and say, hi you guys got my order wrong. So they agree to make it over, then a lady comes up to the window and says so on the crunch wrap no lettuce no tomato no beef? I said, no I want everything on the crunch wrap but I want to ADD POTATOES to it. I think finally they’re getting it right. NOPE. Just got home to find a crunch wrap minus the damn beef. I giv
