A one star rating for the service at Cappello is very generous. Every single time I've been there has been either too much contact or barely any. The waitress forgot my order and brought the wrong drink. Worst part was we got served a bad batch of chicken and got no apology *zero stars*. I get the idea behind Cappello but they may have missed their target market by like... a lot. Sadly I can't remember the name of the waitress. Update: Had a splendid time, good food and good music. The service has improved. 7/10

Attended a work party here. The place as a venue was great. The inside was reserved and the outside was free for other clients. The office had hired band for the event which preformed on the stage. There was also some room to dance if you wanted to. Food platters were ordered and placed on the reserved indoor tables for colleagues/guests to pick what they would like to eat.

Conveniently located at a mall along a main road so easy to find. They were controlling the number of patrons quite strictly at the door as they checked to see if you were wearing a mask upon entry. Sanitising of hands was a must. The service was good till it wasn't: seemed the waitress got a little overwhelmed as the night progress. The drinks were ok, not as potent expected for cocktails. I had a burger and the bun as dry and crumbling as i tried to eat it. The shisha was good though, for that I give a full thumbs up. Overall, experience was average.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. Had to wait an hour to place our order, had to continuously seek our waitress. The food is nothing to speak about, had to wait another 20 minutes for our bill. They get a star rating because their cocktails are actually good.

Good vibes, good food and pretty strong cocktails! Best combination for a night out in my opinion. The mixologist is not stingy with his pours which I appreciated. The food was tasty, cooked well and the prices and portions were fair. If you're a sweets person you should know that the dessert menu is kinda limited to about 3/4 items. There aren't plenty of vegetarian options as well. Plenty of parking space available.. seating is done both indoors and outdoors although the indoors seating space is a bit small. Customer service is not the best in my opinion. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and would often forget requests. Overall, it's a good spot. I recommend you pay it a visit.
